1. Using Aligned
Aligned is operated by Zero Billion, Inc. These terms apply to use of the Aligned community. Community accounts require age 13 or the higher minimum age for independent consent where you live. You are responsible for information you submit and for keeping your account access secure. The privacy policy explains how information is handled.
2. Care about the conversation
Critique claims rather than people. Explain uncertainty, cite original sources, and correct errors openly. Harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, spam, unlawful content, and disclosure of other people’s private information are not allowed.
3. Share work responsibly
Only share material you have the right to share. Do not publish sensitive data or operational instructions that enable harm. You retain ownership of your contributions and give Aligned the permission needed to store, display, distribute, and moderate them as part of this service. This permission is limited to operating the service and ends when your content is deleted, subject to necessary backup and legal retention described in the privacy policy.
4. Moderation and safety
New community posts, replies, and project briefs are reviewed before public display. Moderators may reject or remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules. Use the report and block controls to raise a concern, or email support@zerobillion.ai. You may use that address to ask for review of a moderation decision.
5. Make opportunities honest
Project owners must describe deliverables, eligibility, compensation, and acceptance criteria accurately and must have the authority to offer the work. Do not imply funding you have not secured. Aligned connects participants; it is not the employer, contracting party, payment processor, or guarantor of a project. Agree scope, ownership, confidentiality, and payment terms directly before beginning work. Paid work must comply with applicable employment, contracting, age, tax, and other requirements. External opportunities are controlled by their providers and may change or close.
6. Read critically
Readings are educational summaries and editorial interpretations. They are not guarantees, professional advice, or a complete account of the field. Verify consequential claims with the linked original sources. External authors and organizations do not endorse Aligned merely because their work is linked.
7. Your account and the service
You may stop using Aligned at any time and delete your account in Settings. Features may change as the community develops. We will communicate material changes to these terms when required. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer or privacy law. Apple’s standard license terms also apply where relevant to distribution of the iOS app.
