Can I learn without creating an account?
Yes. Readings, guides, notes, saved items, and your local workspace work without an account. Shared publishing is available only when community services are enabled.
Where are my private notes?
They are stored on your device. Aligned does not upload or synchronize them. Your Apple backup settings may determine whether they are included in device backups.
How do I delete my account?
While signed in, tap your profile avatar, open Settings, then choose Delete account & data. Confirm to remove your account and associated community records. If you cannot access your account, email support with “Aligned account deletion.” Do not send a sign-in code.
How do I erase only my local workspace?
While signed out, open Your profile avatar → Settings → Erase local workspace. This removes local notes, drafts, profile preferences, and progress. Removing the app does not delete an existing community account.
How do reporting and blocking work?
Use the menu on a community post, reply, or project to report a concern or block its author. Reports are reviewed by moderators. Blocking hides that member’s contributions in your experience. You can unblock members through Settings.
Does Aligned pay project contributors?
Aligned helps people discover opportunities and exchange project applications. It does not employ contributors, hold funds, or process payments. Confirm scope, eligibility, compensation, and payment terms directly with the project owner before starting.
A reading or external opportunity needs a correction.
Send us the title, the original source, and the correction you suggest. Research policies and opportunities change, so always verify the linked original before relying on a consequential claim.
I need accessibility help.
Email us with the affected screen, device, and accessibility setting. Aligned uses native iOS controls and supports system text scaling; your feedback helps us find gaps.

Read the privacy policy for data choices and deletion, and our community terms for contribution standards. For a concern about personal information in a public post, include the post title or link in your message.
